Sainsbury's has announced a huge recruitment drive for the festive season, with 20,000 temporary roles up for grabs in the UK.
Sainsbury's said jobs will involve a variety of roles including restocking shelves, fulfilling online orders, and making home deliveries.Those working in-store or in warehouses can expect to earn between £12 and £13.50 an hour, while drivers could earn from £13 to £14.65, with rates varying based on location and role specifics.
Prerana Issar, Sainsbury's chief people officer, said: "As the festive season draws near, we're getting ready to create a memorable Christmas for our customers and our brilliant colleagues play a central role in bringing this to life.
