In a pretty lacklustre Premier League opener, Jadon Sancho provided a positive for Manchester United.

The 23-year-old will hope to have done enough to earn a starting spot when the Reds travel to Tottenham this weekend.
The next few months will be definitive in how his Old Trafford career pans out and Ten Hag, who took him out of the spotlight last season because of physical and mental challenges, remains a fan of the England winger, despite becoming frustrated by his performances last season. Speaking in pre-season, the Dutchman admitted consistency and end product will ultimately be the deciding factor in what comes next.
