Based on the weather bulletin, cloudy skies, scattered rain showers, and thunderstorms may prevail over Palawan, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Caraga, and Northern Mindanao. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will continue to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms.
