The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for a large part of central Scotland, while a yellow weather warning covers most of the country.
Scotland's travel network has been left in a state of chaos as the country battles 'danger to life' rainfall.
Train stations across the country have been left submerged in floodwater, with heavy rain turning the tracks at Bowling in West Dunbartonshire in a river. Other stations, such as Dalmarnock, Greenock West and Thornliebank, were also ground to a halt by flooding.Police are now asking drivers in the North West and Argyll and Bute area NOT to travel due to the poor weather conditions.Network Rail Scotland warned of a month's worth of rain falling on Saturday as the deluge sparked travel chaos with train services cancelled by LNER, Avanti West Coast, and Transpennine Express.
