Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team sent out three people to try and locate the man after being alerted to the situation.
A hill walker was forced to spend the night in a collapsed tent after becoming stranded in the Highlands as Storm Bert battered the country.
Despite the amber weather warning three team members were dispatched and located the walker and took him back to thier base to warm up, before he was transported to Ullapool. "Three team members travelling through some atrocious weather were able to quickly located the walker on the track above Corrie Hallie carpark, he was quickly assessed and taken back to our Dundonnell base where he was warmed up, a short time later he was transported to Ullapool to spend a night in a warm hotel bed.
