A Scottish hotel has been crowned one of the best in the world
No.26 by the Sea in Oban is the only UK destination to be recognised on the travel website's Hottest New Hotels list, placing at number 25. The hotel, which has been called "sensational" and "stunning" by visitors, has a five-star TripAdvisor rating based on 176 reviews.
The hotel includes nine guest rooms, which are all uniquely designed and come with stunning sea or woodlands views. There is also a drawing room and lounge that looks out across the water to the island of Kerrera. Sloan said: "We're delighted to be recognised by Tripadvisor as one of the 25 hottest new hotels in the world. It really pays tribute to the fantastic work all members of the team do to ensure our guests have the most enjoyable visit possible, but also everything that Oban has to offer.
Senior Commercial Manager at The Cumberland Building Society Alasdair Swan added: "We're thrilled to see No.26 by the Sea recognised, and rightly so, as Paul and every member of the team provide a beautifully unique and luxury experience in one of the world's most stunning settings.
