Frantic search launched to trace missing teen who vanished from Scots town
Seonaid Venables, 15, was last seen in the Long Craigs and Dean Road area of Port Seton in East Lothian at 11am. She is around 5ft 6in in height and with dyed red/purple hair.
Her hair is described as chin length with one side shorter than the other. At the time of her disappearance, Seonaid was wearing a pink top, shorts and possibly has a green-hooded jumper in her possession. Anybody who has information on the teen's whereabouts is urged to contact the police. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Inquiries are ongoing to trace Seonaid and anyone with any information on her whereabouts or who believes they may have seen her is asked to contact police."
