Potentially inclement weather forces site, time changes for Class 3A and 2A championships on Friday.

The final day of AHSAA softball state championship tournament play includes a site change and modified schedule for Class 3A and Class 2A with the only eight teams left.
Because of expected inclement weather, both classes will now begin play at 9 a.m. with Class 2A action at Jacksonville State’s Jana McGinnis Field while all Class 3A games will be played at Signature Stadium at Oxford’s Choccolocco Park.9:27 a.m.: In Class 2A, Pisgah leads 2-1 over Hatton in the third inning. The Eagles scored two runs in the first and Hatton closed the gap in the second.
