The National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea said CCG and Chinese Maritime Militia vessels 'recklessly harassed, blocked, executed dangerous maneuvers in another attempt to illegally impede or obstruct' the motor launch Kalayaan.The task force said the Philippine Embassy in Beijing lodged a protest with the Chinese foreign ministry over the incident.Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri condemned the recent attack perpetrated by Chinese ships on Philippine vessels.
