More troubling allegations emerge regarding behaviours on Rio Tinto and BHP sites
Two class actions have been filed in the Federal Court against BHP and Rio Tinto alleging widespread sexual harassment and gender discrimination on Australian mine sites.The class actions have been filed by law firm JGA Saddler and are backed by global litigation funder Omni Bridgeway.
