The Sydney Roosters enforcer lashed out at the referees for sending him to the sin bin for a third consecutive week and the brutally honest comments could see him punished further.

The 25-year-old was sent from the field in the 63rd minute for a high tackle on Michael Molo but he insisted it was a head collision.

Radley was put on report and the Match Review Committee will look over the incident before deciding whether further sanction is required.
