SIMON Cowell could return with a revamped X Factor this year - as pal Sinitta confirmed he's back to full health after his bike accident.
's former girlfriend believes he'll make a triumphant comeback to telly after falling off his electric bike in August.Good Morning Britain dressed today as her musical inspiration Grace Jones as part of Greatest Hits Radio’s Icons Reimagined campaign, said: "I'm not sure if it's going to be this year or next year, but he's working on a revamped X Factor which I'm very excited about."
