Two fire engines raced to a block of student flats on the corner of Keith Street and Dumbarton Road in Partick yesterday, October 31, after one of the alarm in the apartment activated.

Fire crews raced to student flats in the Partick area of Glasgow yesterday evening after a small blaze broke out.

Video from the scene shows thick, black smoke billowing out of the block located on the corner of Keith Street and Dumbarton Road. One of the apartments, situated on the first floor, appears to have a blackened window. Two fire engines arrived on the scene after receiving reports of the incident at around 5.14pm.
