Alan McKenna, 22, allegedly attacked Aidan Campbell at Glasgow city centre's AXM on September 3, 2022.A further charge says McKenna behaved in a threatening or abusive manner on Glassford Street on the same date.McKenna appeared in the dock to stand trial on Friday at Glasgow Sheriff Court.She said:"The alleged victim has moved to a further address – it appears police made contact with him on March 8 where he provided a fresh address and a court date was intimated.
Sherrif Matthew Jackson KC granted the Crown motion stating:"This is the first diet of trial, it is not unusual for there to be a hiccup."McKenna had his bail continued meantime.
