Nancy’s niece Leah Stephenson said: “Nancy’s great-niece Emily Watt was this year’s gala queen and her other niece Eva Watt was her lady-in-waiting. “It took three days to get everything up but she started drawing the characters back in January. It was absolutely amazing.”
