Fans were stunned as the rocker is famed for his commitment to his famous fitness regime. Sting - real name Gordon Matthew Sumner - is known for his love of Ashtanga yoga and follows a macrobiotic diet which consists of lots of veg and grains and no processed food with preservatives.
