A relationship expert has waded in on the reason behind Strictly Come Dancing Kai Widdrington and Nadiya Bychkova's surprising 'split' after a two-year 'Disney romance'
Strictly Come Dancing pros Kai Widdrington and Nadiya Bychkova have reportedly split and an expert has explained the reason why. They are said to have been in a 'Disney romance' during their two-year relationship, but were 'under public scrutiny'.
The source said Kai, 28, and Nadiya, 34 "sat down together" and made the decision to end their relationship. "They remain incredibly close and are determined their split will not have any impact on the next series of Strictly - they remain consummate professionals, and nothing will change that", the source added.
She continued: "This couple have been under public scrutiny since their relationship began and their plans of marriage and children in a beautiful magazine setting seemed almost like a Disney romance. But it’s very easy to get caught up in a fantasy.
