Northern Ireland boss hopes the experienced duo will be back playing for their country again

Michael O'Neill admitted his "concern" over the amount of time Stuart Dallas and Corry Evans have spent out injured but added he is hoping both get back playing regularly again.

Both players are out of contract with their clubs this summer and O'Neill is hoping their long-term futures can be resolved so that they can get back playing for Northern Ireland again. "I think there is always a concern ," said O'Neill."Stuart’s injury is well documented. He is almost two years out at this point so in the modern era that is a huge chunk of football to miss. There’s constant dialogue between Stuart and myself and the medical team.

"I think they know what will determine their involvement at international level will be the next phase of their career – your club career always dictates your international career. They are still two players that I would love to have them involved and love to have them in the squad.
