The beach sports stunning views and rock pools for shell hunters
Located on the northern end of the Wirral Peninsula is a picturesque beach covered in golden sand. Leasowe Bay sits nestled into low-lying dunes and a hay meadow, allowing visitors to bask on the hot shore or take a cooler approach on the grass. Families and children are free to swim in the water with a lifeguard on standby but should take care as the tide comes in fairly quickly.
Most days you'll see people walking and cycling but if you're lucky you might even catch a horse or two. Just a short walk to the left of the beach is Leasowe Castle , a fully restored attraction dating back to 1593. Guests can stay the night and live like royalty, dining on local produce and enjoying the sea views from their windows.
