Beating the odds in 2021 and raring to go for stronger sales in 2022
As the country emerges from the hardest phase of the pandemic, a sense of normalcy gradually takes over. Though things will not go back the same way as before, we improve and incorporate the best practices learned from the pandemic. One lesson we learned is the importance of appreciation—thanking our family and friends, our co-workers and supervisors. Without their support, it would be much harder to survive the two-year ordeal.
All Suntrustees were invited to join in their evening gowns and suits. The program started with games and a performance from the Singing Sensations. This was followed by welcoming remarks from Engr. Leonora P. Gutierrez, senior AVP – Davao/ Bacolod operations who saluted each and every Suntrustee who contributed to the stellar sales performance for 2021. “Year 2021 was full of challenges but despite these, many of us were able to beat the odds and delivered the sales expected.
“After two years of winter when we were under COVID, now is the start of our spring, now is the start of our new life, now is the start of our new beginning!” exclaimed Claveria. “In spite of the harsh winter, in spite of all the negative things, we have proven one thing – if we truly know our true purpose in life, not just to earn a buck or two but learning the reason why you are here, then that will make you more resilient and stronger.
