An update designed to bring an offline mode to Surgeon Simulator 2 appears to have broken every single one of the Surgeon Simulator 2 Xbox achievements.

Looking at our data, we can see there have been no achievement unlocks for Surgeon Simulator 2 since the day of the offline mode update, so we assume that all 30 achievements have now been discontinued. The same can be said for the Windows stack of Surgeon Simulator 2 achievements. Since its launch in 2021, Surgeon Simulator 2 has been plagued with issues, especially when it comes to its achievement list.
