Rafo Meloszewski will go before Preston Magistrates Court to face an allegation of possession of an imitation firearm after being arrested on Monday morning . It comes after police were called out to reports of two men acting suspiciously behind a restaurant on Friargate.Officers were sent to the scene and found one man still behind the restaurant. During a search, an imitation firearm was reportely found and a 38-year-old was arrested.
Meloszewsk, of Oxford Street, has now been charged and will go before court on Tuesday. According to court papers, the imitation firearm was a "gas powered BB gun".
