Ukraine is set to receive a pair of Swedish Saab ASC 890 Airborne Surveillance and Control aircraft as part of a new aid package. These aircraft will transform Ukraine’s aerial command and control, giving it capabilities not seen since the fall of the Soviet Union.also committed to sending other military aid totaling around $1.3 billion.
