Take That’s Howard Donald has revealed his pre-tour ritual involves a colonic.
The 50-year-old is preparing to hit the road for the band’s sellout Greatest Hits tour, but not before he flushes his insides out by removing any accumulations of feces – basically poo – from within. Speaking of his own alternative DIY methods, the singer said he once downed 250ml of olive oil with fresh grapefruit – which he confirmed made him feel sick ‘until it came out the other end’.Most singers do vocal exercises when preparing for a tour .. but not Howard.The father-of-four will embark on a tour later this year with his fellow members Mark Owen and Gary Barlow.and called it one of their ‘lowest points’.
