Morgan Jones admitted telling a pupil he was a 'tramp' and 'should go back to the special class'
A teacher has confessed to telling a student to "f*** off" after being called a "fat c***" by the "red-faced" pupil.
Mr Jones said he had suffered a lack of support at the secondary school, where he claimed there was no effective policy in the face of challenging behaviour. In a separate incident, Mr Jones admitted that he had yelled "shut your face" at a student known as Learner B during a school assembly when he thought the pupil had called him "the n word". However, he denied leaning over the child as he did so.
In another incident, immediately after the assembly, Mr. Jones shared that he was heading back to his classroom with his form when Learner Three trailed behind, loudly screaming his name. When they reached the classroom the child began kicking the door and when asked what he was doing, told Mr Jones to "f*** off".
Mr Jones, who now teaches at Ysgol Clywedog in Wrexham, told the panel he loved teaching and was happy in his new job at a school which he said had an effective behaviour policy. He agreed his behaviour during the incidents admitted at his previous school was unacceptable and said he had completed work to manage stress.
