Shiloh George Pottinger, 19, has pleaded not guilty to murder
A teenager accused of the murder in south Manchester of student Luke O'Connor will go on trial in April.
Luke, originally from Bedfordshire, a student at Manchester Metropolitan University, suffered a stab wound on Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield, as he returned home from a party in the early hours of Wednesday, October 26. He was given CPR at the scene, but sadly died later in hospital. "He was a second year business management student at Manchester Metropolitan University who was originally from Bedfordshire. He loved the freedom of student living and studying and was loving life in Manchester.
