A 19-year-old man was arrested on Monday, June 19, after he was seen carrying a pen gun during a street riot in Tondo, Manila on Sunday, June 18. | ManilaBulletin

The Manila Police District Raxabago Police Station identified the suspect as Glenn Distreza Jr., a member of "Bahala Na" gang and resident of Barangay 28, Balut, Tondo.

Police said members of the two groups were holding different sticks and weapons and throwing stones at each other at around 1 a.m., which caused panic among the bystanders.
