The disturbing footage, which has since been deleted from TikTok, shows the man sliding the infant across the front and back windshield of a Hyundai Elantra as he laughs. According to Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso, the incident occurred at the O.W.
Collins Elderly Apartments during a blizzard last week. Duriso stated that the man was questioned and revealed that two other females were present during the incident, one of whom was suspected to be the baby's mother. Chief Duriso confirmed that the child was unharmed and remains in the custody of its parents. The Port Arthur Police Department and Child Protective Services are currently investigating the matter after attorney Cory Crenshaw brought the video to their attention.
