Nathan Woodard was found guilty of murder and sentenced Wednesday to 80 years behind bars in the slaying of 55-year-old Teresa Dewitt-Pierce.Woodard was seen on surveillance video waiting for Dewitt-Pierce to get out of her Ford Mustang outside her Longmeadow Drive home before calling out “mom” and throwing her to the ground.Woodard, wearing gloves and dark clothing, then stabbed his mother about 20 times before walking away, according to the affidavit. The attack lasted 26 minutes.
