Christmas wouldn't feel like Christmas without decorating our homes, from decking the tree to putting up outdoor lights. Whilst many households use the same traditional decorations each year, others see the festive season as a time to get creative.
Pretty in leopard-print pink Instead of a white Christmas, Lois from Oldham has gone for a pink-themed festive display this year. The mum, 39, already has an iconic theme running throughout her three-bed terrace in Macclesfield, Cheshire as she is proud lover of leopard print. The Holiday-style Christmas Kim, who lives in an apartment in Alderley Edge, has made her home look and feel like the classic Christmas film The Holiday this year. Opting for a cosy vibe, the mum-of-one has been inspired by Nancy Meyers' aesthetic - the filmmaker who wrote, produced and directed the 2006 romantic comedy.
"In the kitchen we have a gorgeous wooden advent calendar we use every year, and a jar we fill with Christmas treats, soon to be filled with gingerbread men my daughter has decorated. I also attempted the viral tension rod hack hanging over the dining table - this was a lot harder than I thought."
