A senior police officer retired Lancashire Constabulary in disgrace when he was found with indecent images of young boys. At a misconduct hearing, held at the force's Hutton Headquarters, Chief Constable Chris Rowley said the allegations were proven and the officer's behaviour amounted to gross misconduct.
