'Prolific child sex offender' Stephen Newmarch abused two boys who were foster children in his care
An evil foster carer who sexually abused teenage boys in his care has finally faced justice decades on. 'Prolific child sex offender' Stephen Newmarch, 57, who was a foster carer and Educational Welfare Officer, subjected his victims to the abuse in the early 2000s.

Detective Sergeant Ellie Sproat of Bolton CID said: “We are truly grateful to the victims in this case, who, through their bravery, have seen a prolific child sex offender, who used his positions of power to his commit his crimes, taken off the streets of Greater Manchester.
