There are four specific benefits which have an extra £750

Claimants of four specific benefits could be entitled to £749 more for each payment period, the Department of Work and Pensions has confirmed. April 7 will see the annual increase in payments for various disability benefits.

Over the payment period of four weeks this equates to between £116.80 and £749.80. The highest figure is based on a recipient on the maximum payment for mobility and daily living components, though the Attendance Allowance doesn't have a mobility component, the Mirror reports. These include the daily living component at the lower care award, which has risen from £28.70 to £29.20 for CDP and DLA. Meanwhile the standard rate will increase from £72.65 to £73.90.

For the Carer's Allowance, the weekly payments will go up from the previous rate of £81.90 to £83.30. Over the four week payment period this will be from £327.60 to £333.20.
