The new spot in Salford is hoping to endear itself to locals

On a regular Salford estate stands a brand-new takeaway that is hoping to bring the taste of the Caribbean to the locals. Named after the luxurious holiday destination in the Atlantic, Turks and Caicos Kitchen has been open for just two months now.

Hard dough bread is a sweet and thick bread that originated from Jamaica. It is incredibly loved, and the ingredients mainly include flour, yeast, salt, water and sugar with some variations.
