Residents have been left wondering after a Kings Langley pub shut unexpectedly due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
The Old Palace in Langley Hill has been closed all this week as one resident reported it was not open when they tried to visit last Sunday, June 23, The reason for the closure is not known, but a notice was posted on the door which reads: “Due to unforeseen circumstances we have to close for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.”The pub has been undergoing refurbishments to its exterior and posted on June 14 that its new signage and exterior lighting were due to be completed last week.
