Joseph E. King, 33, of Canton has been charged with tampering with evidence in the shooting death of Ka’Marion Dolch, a resident of Cuyahoga County. He is currently being held at the Stark County Jail.Ka’Marion was at the hotel with his father, William Dolch, 37, of Akron. Dolch is charged with reckless homicide, tampering with evidence, endangering children and illegally possessing a weapon after a felony conviction.
Brittany Franko, 29, of Canton, was also in the hotel room. She called 911 when the child was shot, according to published reports.
