Residents of Darwen are currently experiencing no or poor water pressure
Residents of Darwen have been left without water, with United Utilities stating they are investigating an issue.
It states that households in the area may be experiencing no water or poor pressure as a result of a yet unknown circumstance. Whilst temperatures were climbing, some residents were unable to wash themselves or drink from their taps, as an issue in the Old Farmside area meant locals had no water flow. Some were then left 'fuming' after not receiving, or being offered compensation for the days without water.
