"It will be further alleged the boy was placed into a vehicle and taken to a house where he was detained for a period of time before being released," police said.Jack Brearley, 21, has been charged over the alleged kidnapping and assault of another teen four days before the attack on Cassius Turvey. Four people have been charged in relation to the alleged assault and death of Turvey. They remain before the courts.
Brearley and Forth have been charged with detaining another with intent to compel the doing of an act and unlawful wounding with a circumstance of aggravation, WA Police said.Turvey's death sent shockwaves around the nation with many holding candlelit vigils.Gilmore and Forth will face court at a later date.
