Social media star Garron Noone has opened up about his mental health battles after the tragic death of his pal. The Mayo native revealed he left school when he was 16-years-old after he was plagued by daily panic attacks, which stopped him from leaving his own home for several years.
"A friend of mine committed suicide. He would've been 17, I was 16. I was having issues before that but that was the catalyst where I started having panic attacks every day and I couldn't leave the house for five or six years so that was the end of the schooling. "I had no idea. I thought I was dying. The first one I had, I thought I was having a heart attack, so I went to the hospital, and they said I was fine. I couldn't fathom why my own brain made me feel that way.""It's where I would go to the shop and have a panic attack so that part of my brain wired that anytime I'd go to the shop I'd have a panic attack, so I'd stop going to the shop."
