This year's parade's theme is ‘People, Place and Planet’
St Patrick's Day celebrations are set to take over Belfast this weekend as a sea of green will parade through the city centre.
What is the theme of Belfast's St Patrick's Day parade? This year's parade's theme is ‘People, Place and Planet’ and will see dance troupes, schools, community groups and musicians join a cavalcade of colourful floats and circus performers in the free multi-cultural, cross-community celebration. On-street parking, including blue badge spaces will be suspended 6am to 3pm along Donegall Place, High Street and Bridge Street to accommodate the parade and spectators.
