The Hornets welcomed back a number of key players for the clash with arch-rivals Luton Town
Watford boss Tom Cleverley was able to welcome back four key players in their defeat Luton Town at the weekend. The Hornets, who were beaten 3-0 by their arch rivals, head to Leeds United on Tuesday night with a point to prove after a disappointing display at Kenilworth Road.
Francisco Sierralta, who was a 50-50 for the game, was back on the bench and could be involved from the off against Leeds United. However, Jeremy Ngakia and Antonio Tikvic, who both missed the defeat to the Hatters are also doubts for this game, with the latter of the duo still getting up to speed. “We are flat away from home, we’re not committing to trying to play football and we’re not standing up to the battles and the challenges well enough. That results in shaky performances and it’s absolutely my responsibility to make sure the team looks like it has an identity away from home.
