The death triggered a Nottinghamshire Police murder investigation

An inquest has been opened into the death of a woman following a house fire in Nottingham. Izabela Chalastra, 46, died on Thursday, March 7, at Nottingham City Hospital, six days after the terraced bungalow in which she lived in Forster Street, Radford , was engulfed in flames on Friday, March 1.

Ms Wood said: "I certify that in accordance to my statutory duty, I have now opened an inquest touching on the death of Izabela Chalastra. This hearing now stands adjourned for completion of further inquires and will be resumed for a final hearing on a date yet to be fixed."I wish to express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Izabela Chalastra.

He has now been released without charge following a "long and complicated" investigation. Detective Inspector Craig Hall said: "First and foremost, our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Izabela Chalastra who sadly lost her life after a fire at her property in March this year.
