La orden de Robinson determina que Edwards-Tate no tenía suficiente capacidad legal para continuar con el caso porque en realidad todavía no había sufrido el daño de una acción de sanción basada en su discurso, solo la amenaza previa de una acción sobre la cual aún no se había actuado.
