A torrential downpour marked the end of Sam Fender's headline set on day two of Glasgow's TRNSMT festival, as fans braved the weather to watch the Geordie boy perform.

Thundery weather was prevalent during the day, and further rain has been forecasted for the final day of the festival. The Met Office have said that the weather is set to improve later this evening, with rain expected in the early afternoon.
They wrote on Twitter:"Out at @TRNSMTfest tonight? We're running more trains, adding extra carriages and have additional staff on hand to help. Listen out for their advice so you can get home as safely and hassle-free as possible."Geoff Ellis, festival director at TRNSMT said:"Saturday at TRNSMT is always pretty special and this one was no different.
