If you have some wee ones needing something fun to do this weekend, then we might have just the thing, especially if they love vintage vehicles (or just buses and fire engines in general).
This weekend has thrown up two exciting events that are ideal for keeping bored children in Glasgow entertained – especially if they love vintage vehicles.
First up is the Fire Engine Rally at the Riverside Museum, in collaboration with the Scottish Fire Brigades Heritage Trust, with a selection of fire fighting machines from both the past and the present making an appearance with children able to climb aboard, "take the wheel and get that all-important selfie".
Next up is the Shawlands Vintage Vehicle pop-up where a selection of vehicles from the Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust will be making an appearance.
