NATO member Romania is investigating whether its airspace has been violated by Russia in an overnight attack on Ukraine.
Local authorities are searching for evidence of any objects falling on Romanian territory, it added. The Russian president instructed Andrei Troshev to focus on creating volunteer units capable of handling diverse combat missions, primarily within the area designated for the"special military operation" - a term used by the Kremlin to describe its conflict in Ukraine.
