The office will relocate from 303 North Prairie Street to 201 Powell Street.
Officials say the upgrade to the new spacious office will allow ALEA’s Driver License Division to better serve the residents of Union Springs and surrounding areas.
“We are constantly striving to make improvements to provide exceptional customer service in all of our Driver License Offices across the state,” said Driver License Division Director Holley Cook. “We are excited to announce the relocation of our office in Union Springs to better serve the surrounding customers and enhance convenience and accessibility for all.”
The current office on North Prairie Street will close at 4 p.m. on June 27 and reopen on Powell Street on July 11. Online services will be available during the transition.
