Alan Horrocks was last seen in the town on Friday, February 9. Lancashire Constabulary said the 'last believed sighting' of him was at 8pm on Wednesday, February 14, at Mostyn Broadway Coach Park in Llandudno.
Officers have since made 'extensive enquiries' to find the pensioner and have a 'dedicated team of officers' assigned to the investigation. They are now asking for the public's help and have released a picture of Alan to help with the appeal.He is described as 5ft 11ins tall, bald and possibly wearing a mustard coloured coat. He also has links to Burnley.
In a statement on Facebook last night, Burnley and Padiham Police said: "Have you seen Alan Horrocks, 75, who is missing from Padiham? Alan was last seen in Padiham on 9th February but the last believed sighting of him was at 8pm on Wednesday at Mostyn Broadway Coach Park in Llandudno, North Wales. "We have made extensive enquiries to find Alan and we have a dedicated team of officers assigned to the investigation. We are now at the stage where we are asking for the public’s help."Info?
