Vernon Kay has shared the three factors he believes has helped keep his long-term marriage to Tess Daly alive.
The BBC Radio 2 went on to say that a difficult chat over a cup of tea was much better than letting things boil over, adding: "Put the kettle on, say it. 'I don't think we should be doing this. Maybe what if we do that?' "You might not be necessarily be the person that the other person married, you're changing. So it's that evolution that you need to coincide with your partner and that can only be done through communication, he added.
