Victoria Beckham’s style is always polished. The designer’s day-to-day wardrobe is made up of chic suits and elegant day dresses, often plucked from her own ready-to-wear collections. But, it seems life under lockdown has transformed even a fashion plate such as Beckham.
The British designer posted an Instagram of herself at home plugging away on a laptop. “My warm weather working from home wardrobe,” Beckham shared in the caption. If you think Beckham is wearing sleek two-piece suits to do business at home, think again. The star wore two unexpected pieces: denim cut-off shorts and a pair of smiley-face Drew House slippers Remember: this is a woman who is rarely seen without her signature skyscraper heels.
So, has Beckham ditched her towering peep-toe booties for good? The more casual-minded aesthetic is certainly new territory for Beckham. Something tells us she will be running back to heels the second normal life resumes again. But for now, comfort looks good on her.
